The Vanguard is a locally owned bar and restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Bay View in Milwaukee, WI. We specialize in house-made sausages, while the casual, pretension-free environment pays homage to Milwaukee's classic corner bar atmosphere. Our chef-created menu focuses on innovative sausages ranging from familiar favorites to the adventurous, and even vegetarian options.
